Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and ZENFIELD LTD, a company registered in Cyprus under number HE 464757, at Gladstonos 12-14, 8046 Paphos, Cyprus (“Seller Fellow”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account you accept them.

1. What Seller Fellow does

Seller Fellow connects your Amazon seller account to an AI assistant you already use (for example Claude, ChatGPT or Grok). Once connected, your assistant can read information about your Amazon business and, if you allow it, make supported changes in your Amazon account at your request.

Seller Fellow is not an AI assistant and does not provide one. Your assistant is provided by its own company under its own terms, which you accept separately.

Seller Fellow is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Amazon, Anthropic, OpenAI or xAI.

2. Who can use it

Seller Fellow is for businesses selling on Amazon. By using it you confirm you act for a business and not as a consumer, and that you have authority to connect the Amazon accounts you connect.

3. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for everything done through your account, including by AI assistants you connect to it. Tell us at info@sellerfellow.com if you think someone else has access.

4. Price and payment

• Seller Fellow costs US$89 per connected Amazon account per month, billed monthly in advance through our payment provider, Stripe. There is no free trial.
• If you connect or disconnect Amazon accounts during a month, the charge is adjusted in proportion on your next bill. You are always billed for at least one account while subscribed.
• If a payment fails, access stops straight away and returns as soon as payment succeeds.
• Prices exclude any taxes that may apply.
• We may change the price with at least 30 days’ notice by email. The change applies from your next billing date after the notice period.

5. Cancelling and refunds

• You can cancel at any time from your account page, through our payment provider’s billing page. Your plan stays active until the end of the month you have paid for and is not renewed.
• We do not give partial refunds for unused time, including when you cancel or delete your account part-way through a month.
• Deleting your Seller Fellow account ends your plan straight away.

6. Connecting Amazon

• You connect Amazon by approving Seller Fellow in Amazon’s own authorisation screen. You can withdraw that approval at any time in Seller Central.
• Amazon requires the approval to be renewed once a year. If it lapses, Seller Fellow stops working for that account until you renew it.
• Seller Fellow depends on Amazon’s services. When Amazon limits, changes, delays or withdraws access, parts of Seller Fellow may not work. We are not responsible for Amazon’s services.

7. Changes in your Amazon account

• A connected assistant can only make changes if you allowed changes when you connected it. Otherwise it can only read.
• Before anything changes, Seller Fellow shows what will change. A change is carried out only after you confirm it, only once, and only if confirmed within 15 minutes.
• Some limits cannot be overridden, for example a price can move by at most 20% at a time.
• You are responsible for changes you confirm, including their effect on your sales, advertising costs and standing with Amazon. Amazon may reject, delay or alter a change.
• We keep a record of every change Seller Fellow makes in your Amazon account, which you can ask us for.

8. AI answers

Your assistant writes its own answers from the information Seller Fellow provides. AI assistants can misread data or make mistakes. Check important figures and decisions yourself, especially before confirming a change. Seller Fellow gives no financial, tax, legal or business advice.

9. Acceptable use

You must not use Seller Fellow to break Amazon’s policies or any law, to access an Amazon account you are not authorised to use, to overload or interfere with Seller Fellow or Amazon, or to resell access without our written agreement.

10. Your data

Your data remains yours. How we handle it is set out in our Privacy Policy. We do not sell it, and we do not use Amazon data to train AI models.

11. Availability

We aim to keep Seller Fellow available but do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change or remove features, and will give notice of significant changes where we reasonably can.

12. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited. Otherwise, we are not liable for loss of profit, sales, revenue, business or data, or for the results of changes you confirmed, and our total liability in any 12 months is limited to the fees you paid us in those 12 months.

13. Ending the agreement

You can end it by cancelling and deleting your account. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms or if Amazon withdraws our access. When your account is deleted we revoke Seller Fellow’s access to Amazon and delete your data as described in the Privacy Policy.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We will email you about significant changes at least 30 days before they apply.

15. Law

These terms are governed by the law of Cyprus, and its courts have exclusive jurisdiction.
